The terms that apply to using this website. The platform itself is governed by signed customer agreements, not this page.

Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Quest 2 Excel, Inc. (dba Propelon), a California corporation (“Propelon”, “we”). By using propelon.ai you agree to them. If you are using the site for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. Access to the Propelon platform is governed by a master subscription agreement and order form executed with the customer — where those conflict with this page, they control for platform use.
The content on this site
Site content is provided for general information about Propelon. Product surfaces shown here run on representative data for a fictional organization; real customer instances are never shown. Content is not legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice, and figures describing outcomes are stated at the strength of their evidence on the Proof page.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Quest 2 Excel, Inc. (dba Propelon) or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Propelon and the Propelon mark are trademarks of Quest 2 Excel, Inc. You may view and print pages for your organization’s internal evaluation of Propelon; any other reproduction or use requires our written permission. Press use of brand assets follows the Media resources guidelines.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no probing or breaching security, no scraping at volume, no interfering with its operation, no submitting unlawful content through its forms, and no misrepresenting who you are. Good-faith security research belongs in the vulnerability disclosure process, which we welcome; report abuse of the site to abuse@propelon.ai.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Quest 2 Excel, Inc. (dba Propelon) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to the site belong exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.
