Scope
This policy is issued by Quest 2 Excel, Inc. (dba Propelon), a California corporation (“Propelon”, “we”). It covers propelon.ai and the ways you contact us from it — principally the executive-demo request form. It does not govern the Propelon platform itself: there, Propelon processes data on behalf of the customer that deployed it, under a signed data processing agreement. The Data protection page describes that model.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a demo we ask for your name, work email, company, role, industry, an estimate of AI initiatives in flight, your current tools, the board question you care most about, a preferred time, and anything else you choose to add. We use these answers to prepare your session and for nothing else — no newsletter, no drip sequence.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers keep standard logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, used for security and to keep the site working. Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects usage statistics as described in the Cookies policy.
How we use it
To respond to your request, run and secure this website, understand which pages are useful, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host this site, deliver email, and provide analytics — each bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We disclose information if the law requires it, and in a corporate transaction personal information may transfer as part of the business, under this policy.
Retention
Demo-request records are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs rotate on a short cycle. You can ask us to delete your request records at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU and UK GDPR — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to us using the contact below and we will honor verified requests within the time the law allows. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there. Where personal information from other regions is transferred to us, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
This website is for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it; material changes are announced on the Legal overview page before they take effect.
