1 Are your strategic focus areas written down, current, and used to screen new AI ideas?
2 Does every funded initiative have a business case with a baseline and an owner before it starts?

5 Is every initiative seen through to a recorded resolution — scaled or confirmed failed — rather than left to fizzle?

8 Do you track value in separate states (opportunity, modeled, committed, realized, verified) without summing them?
9 Has a person in Finance signed a verified return on an AI initiative in the last twelve months?

How the profile is read

Experimenting (0–6). AI activity without a management system: ideas are funded on enthusiasm and reported on status. Organizing (7–11). Focus areas and owners exist, but gates do not refuse and value is asserted. Governing (12–16). Gates hold and adoption is measured; Finance has not yet signed. Realizing (17–20). Verified value on the record, cycle after cycle — the standard the platform holds you to.

The three foundations are scored separately because they fail separately: discipline is where ideas enter, accountability is where they are owned, measurement is where they are proven. The weakest one is the gate to fix first, and it is the natural first question for a demo on your own numbers.
